Program is free to the public and is geared towards elementary and middle school children but all ages are welcome. Thanks, Ashley! What great information. It would be interesting to see what kinds of activities they present...perhaps some inspiration for our "Hats off to Reading!" It might be worth the trip just to see how their MTL and Abe compare to Prof. Pratt and me. LOL
ReplyDeleteI took advantage of this opportunity and went to see Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln. They were amazing and would be a great addition to our Hats Off to Reading event. I asked for their contact information to see if this is something we can afford with the grant money we have recieved. I must say however Dr. Eisenhauer and myself did a pretty good job of portraying these two historical figures. The other Mrs. Lincoln however had many outfits due to the fact that she liked to spend, spend, spend.
